Neon Dragon is a talented mecha pilot who’s ready to take names and fight for her friends.
She’s relatively short with dark skin and dark hair. She tends to wear a lot of mechanic clothes with tank tops (think Winry Rockbell from FMA) and big combat boots. She’s missing an arm and has it replaced with a metal prosthetic.
She carries around a sword (probably a katana?) that was dramatically bequeathed to her by her mentor in true anime fashion.
Personality:Think anime protagonist syndrome. Loud, brash, leap before you think. She’s always ready to fight for her friends but doesn’t necessarily think about the consequences of her actions.
She really loves anime, but also she’s in a campaign that takes place about 100-200 years in the future so that’s kind of a “historical” piece of media.
