– His sad backstory is that as a child he was part of a military program in which he was genetically modified to be an anti-mech human weapon – he now automatically shuts down all technology within a 5 foot radius of him (and can use this ability in various ways)
– Wears mostly the kind of clothes you could buy at a military surplus store

– But for real, he’s spent his entire life in service to one organization or another and so he doesn’t really have much of a sense of morality or the ability to decide what he wants for himself
